Abstract:
In this article the author discusses aspects of philosopher Charles S. Peirce's philosophy that is poetical in nature. He is critical of Peirce's philosophy under the category of Firstness that is similar to philosopher Friedrich Wilhelm Joseph Schelling's views on aesthetic intuition. Also investigated is how a realistic view of the world provides a hypothesis of symmetry between the human and natural worlds providing a form for the harmony among Peirce's doctrines.
